The first bit of controversial news surrounding the early signing period comes out of the North Carolina State recruiting class concerning Luke Cothron. Cothron, the No. 33 ranked prospect in the Rivals150, has informed Rivals.com that he will not sign with North Carolina State during the early signing period.
