Rivals four star offensive lineman and 3rd ranked junior college player in the nation John Cullen announced during a press conference today where he will be attending college for the next two years. Cullen had been deciding at the last minute between Utah and Oklahoma and all indications were that he was a heavy Utah lean. OU came hard however at the last minute. Was Cullen swayed?
