One look at the field when the Glenville Tarblooders are on defense, and Andre Sturdivant sticks out. The monster at inside linebacker is an absolute physical specimen on the defensive side of the ball, and a player that made a huge impact this season. Now Sturdivant is seeing his stock rise in the eyes of college coaches.

Even though things didn't close out as well as they would have liked, it was still a good season for the Glenville Tarblooders. For the first time in their history the Tarblooders made it to the state title game, and for Sturdivant that was a big deal.
