When Notre Dame extended a verbal offer to [db]Justice Hayes[/db] back in February he hoped to check out the South Bend campus as soon as possible. The 5-foot-10, 175-pound running back from Grand Blanc, Mich., accomplished that goal last Saturday when he attended the Irish junior day.
