Virginia Beach (Va.) Kempsville linebacker Travis Hughes checked in at No. 4 in the Virginia state rankings that were released Wednesday. The 6-foot-1, 221-pound linebacker has reeled in 18 offers to date and several schools are beginning to separate from the pack. Although Virginia is in the hunt, there is ground to make up if the Cavs hope to land Hughes. UVa will, however, get at least one more chance to impress him.
