Following the conclusion of Wisconsin's first high school summer camp, no one was anticipating Fredrick Willis would be the only in-state prospect to receive a scholarship offer from Bret Bielema and the Badger coaching staff.

Willis, who measured in a 6-foot-1, 194 pounds, was so impressive that an offer was extended before even stepping foot off of the UW campus.
