East St. Louis (Ill.) wide receiver Keante Minor committed to Arkansas in May, and he plans to visit the campus soon. Minor is a barefoot 6-0, 194 pounds and was one of only eight prospects to run a 4.50 or better in the 40-yard dash at the US Army All-American Junior Combine. More inside.
