College coaches are out in full force on the basketball recruiting trail this month and they're checking on the players they've been recruiting and also looking for new players who would fit in their systems.

For Virginia coach Tony Bennett, one player who falls in the latter category is Cedar Rapids (Iowa) Jefferson power forward Jarrod Uthoff, who landed a scholarship offer from UVa earlier this week and spoke with CavsCorner about his recruitment.
