Miramar (FL) junior Tracy Howard, at 6-foot, 165-pounds, was a big part of Miramar's 2009 6A state championship, with four interceptions, eight deflections, and 55 tackles. UGASports caught up with Howard, who is hoping one out of state school starts showing interest soon.
