Burke makes his choice
After a very strong showing during the month of July, Burke saw his stock soar in the eyes of college coaches. With that more and more schools started showing up at his games, and for Burke it was a school that tracked him closely in July that ended up being his choice.
"Trey Burke committed to Michigan today," said Burke's father Benji Burke.
Ultimately the decision came down to Cincinnati and Michigan. The Bearcats did a good job of selling the program to Burke, but in the end he decided he wanted to be a Wolverine.
With the commitment to the Wolverines, Burke becomes the second commitment for them. He joins fellow guard Carlton Brundidge as a commitment.
Burke is currently rated as the No. 136 player in the nation overall and the No. 27 point guard.
