West Point's Justin Cox was a dangerous running threat in the Green Wave's Class 5A State Championship run in 2009.

But the 6-foot-1, 175-pounder has improved his passing in the offseason and the added dimension helped him win a big rivalry game this past week against New Hope 24-14.
