Around Thanksgiving, running back Marquis Sumler from Pensacola (Fla.) Catholic decided to make the call and pledge his services to Vanderbilt. Since that time, the Commodores have undergone a coaching change hiring former Maryland offensive coordinator James Franklin. That has led Sumler to open things back up and evaluate some options.
