Tallie Cooper has grown up in Dallas, Texas, but early on his favorite school is a Big Ten program in the Midwest. The 6-foot-3, 185-pound prospect from Seagoville High School likes everything that he has heard so far from the Iowa Hawkeyes.

"Iowa is my favorite school," said Cooper. "They send me a lot of letters and I really like the way they play football. Plus, their education and their graduation rate really stand out to me too."
