As a freshman, Chino (Calif.) linebacker Milton Williams was a standout at LaVern Lutheran High School.

Of course, while he played varsity as a freshman, he played against eight man competition. As a sophomore, he transferred to Don Lugo, and the competition forced him to take a step back.
