West Virginia defense fits Smith

WVSports.com Due to both the versatility and the sheer number of safety positions on the field at the same time in the aggressive 3-3-5 defensive scheme used by West Virginia, many defensive backs are interested in what the Mountaineers have to offer. And naturally when Nate Smith, a ball-hawking safety from Archbishop Wood Catholic High School (Warminster, Pa.) received a West Virginia offer earlier this week, it caught his attention.
