Notre Dame might have to make a recruiting comeback to get a commitment from John Michael McGee but it won't go down for lack of effort. The Irish sent Kerry Cooks to Texarkana, Texas, on Tuesday to check on the U.S. Army All-American offensive lineman and continue to make a push at the leaders. Right now Oklahoma and Missouri are in the driver's seat.
