Lockport (Ill.) junior athlete prospect Billy Reed (6-foot-2, 190 pounds) has been working hard so far this summer as Reed is learning a new offense and getting to know a new head coach. Reed is also hitting some college one day camps and Reed on Tuesday was able to land his first scholarship offer after an impressive one day camp performance.
