Zachary (La.) High School put together a solid season a year ago, reaching the second round of the Class 5A state playoffs and finishing the year with a 9-3 record. One of the big reasons was athlete Dillon Beard.

The 6-foot-2, 215-pound two-way standout was a first-team all-state selection at wide receiver while also starring on the defensive side of the ball at safety and now he has picked up several offers.
