Class of 2013 wide receiver Kam Billings doesn't mince words. In fact, he's grown accustomed to saying exactly what he thinks.

On Monday evening, he told CavsCorner he would love to end up at UVa. The 6-foot-2, 175-pound junior wide out hasn't received as much publicity as some of the region's other top receivers, but Billings' name is starting to make the rounds.
