Things have changed quite a bit for Eli Harold in recent months. Before he committed to the University of Virginia over the summer, he was one of the region's most hotly-recruited prospects.

But since giving his verbal pledge to UVa, he has focused entirely on his season and making sure the Cavaliers have a steady pipeline of young talent both from the class of 2012 and beyond.

In fact, Harold has emerged as arguably UVa's top recruiter that doesn't have the "coach" label in front of his name.
