ANN ARBOR - Detroit Cass Tech defensive back Delano Hill has four BCS Conference offers with Iowa, Illinois, Syracuse and Cincinnati each targeting the 6-foot-1, 190-pound safety.

Michigan State is one of a number of schools keeping a close eye on Hill. The Cass Tech standout recently touched base with Spartan receivers coach Terrence Samuel, who encouraged Hill to drop in at a spring practice.
