Rutgers fans heard some good news this afternoon when Madison High School ATH Justin Goodwin became the second 2013 player to offer a verbal commitment to the Scarlet Knights. His head coach, Chris Kubik, offered up his thoughts on what type of player the Scarlet Knights are getting.
