It's been a whirlwind week for Toledo (Oh.) St. John's athlete Tony Harper, which included committing to Pitt and tight ends coach Joe Rudolph. He made a visit to Pitt this weekend, allowing his family to see his future home and reaffirming his commitment to the Panthers.
