Prospective college recruits could start receiving official offers as of August 1, and while a few players were disappointed after finding out their so-called verbal offers weren't firm, a couple others were pleasantly surprised. Like Paint Branch offensive tackle Jonathan Quigley, who had no idea he had an offer until he opened his mailbox on Thursday afternoon.
