Harrisburg (Pa.) Central Dauphin athlete Zayd Issah decided to open up his recruitment Wednesday evening.

While the decision to look around is certainly another blow to Bill O'Brien and his staff, Issah made it clear that he not only isn't completely ruling Penn State out, but actually still has the Nittany Lions pretty high on his list.
