Another tough battle looming

BulldogBlitz.com Dan Mullen referred to Saturday's 31-13 loss to Texas A&M as one of the worst performances at Mississippi State in a long time.
But the Bulldogs will not have long to lick their wounds. MSU has another tough SEC West battle looming with No. 9 LSU Saturday night in Death Valley.
"Obviously we've got to come back from this game," Mullen said. "We've got a big game this week. Obviously playing at night down at LSU is always a tough assignment. You saw (Saturday) night just how solid a team they are. We'll have our hands full. We have to have a great week of practice and get ready to go play another tough SEC game."
Saturday the Bulldogs surrendered 693 yards to A&M including 440 total yards of offense to freshman quarterback Johnny Manziel. Manziel had a field day rushing for 129 yards and two touchdowns while completing 30-of-36 passing for 311 yards.
What was most concerning for Mullen was how inept his defense looked as a whole against the Aggies offensiv
