Reschke finishes big in title win over Muskegon
DETROIT - Second-generation Spartan Jon Reschke led Birmingham Brother Rice to a second consecutive Division 2 state championship with a 35-28 victory over West Michigan power Muskegon High last weekend.
"That game and the Farmington Hills Harrison game that I played in my sophomore year, are probably the best games that I've played," said Reschke, who recorded nine tackles and recovered a fumble in his final game for Brother Rice. "To go out, winning a game like that is something special."
Reschke is ranked the No. 22 outside linebacker and No. 6 player in the state of Michigan in the Class of 2013 by Rivals.
