Baldwin's Justin Hargrove is a good athlete that has had the misfortune of suffering injuries the past two years. He is healthy now and ready to go. Yesterday at Baldwin High School he signed a Letter of Intent with Pitt. Tony Greco reports for the Pantherlair.
