While some Big 12 schools have already hosted junior days and taken their shot at handing out offers in person, Texas Tech may have to wait for a chance to do so with Dallas Episcopal quarterback Brock Mansion. It's not certain that Mansion would have picked up an offer were he to visit the Hub City, but any plans of finding out will have to wait till a later date.
