Another Nease DL hearing from schools

VandySports.com Like last year, the Nease High football program in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., promises to have its share of DI signees in 2007. One of those players that looks to put his signature on a DI letter of intent in Feburary, is defensive end Danny Russell.
The 6-foot-4, 245-pounder had 89 tackles, eight tackles for loss, five sacks, nine fumble recoveries, and a blocked kick last season for the Nease Class 4A state championship squad and was named all-county.
He has already landed an offer from Hawaii, and is hearing from Georgia Tech, North Carolina, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, TCU, Kentucky, Colorado, Illinois, as well as several others.
