At 6-foot-5 and 218 pounds, Beaumont High School athlete Billy Chavis has the makings of turning into a stellar athlete at the Division I level.

Apparently several schools agree with that assessment as he already holds offers from Baylor, Colorado, Iowa State, Kansas State, LSU, Missouri, and Oklahoma State with Miami showing a great deal of interest.
