Auburn offers another big-time RB prospect
Oakland Park, Fla., Northeast High running back Bo Williams picked up his 16th offer Wednesday when Auburn running back/recruiting coach Eddie Gran called with the news.
"Coach Gran called me and told me I had an offer from Auburn. That was very exciting," said Williams. "He said he watched my tape, but didn't finish it because the whole offensive staff went crazy. He said he loved it.
"Coach Gran said I'm a big, strong, powerful back and that is what he liked and why he offered."
Williams, who is 6-foot-1, 205 pounds, was already familiar with the Auburn program. He really didn't have a choice not to be. His uncle is Otis Mounds, who played at Auburn in the early 90's. Williams is also surrounded by two other former Tigers in Calvin Jackson and Brian Robinson.
