Finch will have options at Michigan

Michigan's sixth verbal commitment for the Class of 2007, Jerimy Finch has the potential to impact at two different positions when he gets to U-M, according to those who have seen him play. Currently a free safety at Indianapolis Warren Central High School, Finch could be mistaken for something else, said rival head coach Tom Dilley, of Lawrence North.

Running a 4.6 40-yard dash, Finch has the speed to play in a defensive secondary, but he has the size (6-foot-1, 211 pounds) to eventually become a linebacker in college.
