With the commitment list slowing down a little after a recent barrage, the camp scene is about to pick up and the early evaluation period is coming to a close, so things should be picking up soon. One prospect - Franklin County safety Mike Hunt - picked up a Bulldog offer yesterday, and being a Bulldog fan already, it was all he could ask for, and that was all it took.

"I committed to Mississippi State," explained the 6-foot-2, 208-pound hitting machine. "I liked the coaches and I liked everything there. I knew that was where I wanted to go.

"They had told me they were going to offer, but they had to see my tape first. We got them a tape from our spring game that we just had. They texted me yesterday and said they were going to offer."
