Teague working on last chance

TigerBait.com LSU cornerback signee Jason Teague of Carthage, Texas, has been mentioned as an academic casualty from the Tigers 2006 recruiting haul but the Texas Class 3A defensive player of the year says differently.
"I'm kind of in a bad situation," Teague said. "I have a test coming up next Saturday and it is do or die time for me."
Teague finished his senior season with 79 tackles, 8 interceptions, 9 pass breakups, 4 fumble recoveries, 5 blocked punts, 2 blocked field goals and three interceptions returned for a touchdowns.
Offensively he had 1,300 yards rushing with 17 touchdowns and as a receiver he had 20 receptions for 500 yards and an additional four touchdowns.
