Joiner awaiting word from Texas
In doing some legwork in the hours following Texas' first junior day of the year, there's one fact that's readily apparent
the Longhorn recruiting class of is loaded with the type of talent that should keep Texas at or near the top of the college football mountain for years to come.
While the early Texas commits drew most of the rave reviews for their performance at Sunday's one-day mini-camp, there were a few uncommitted prospects that were labeled as standouts of the camp. Among the players that reportedly made a strong impression was Killeen Shoemaker defensive end Brandon Joiner.
