Injury doesn't dampen Stafford's visit to Auburn

LaGrange, Ga., defensive end D.J. Stafford was one of the top prospects at Auburn's Senior Camp last weekend. Unfortunately, the 6-foot-3, 263-pounder was unable to perform at his usual high level after suffering an injury.


Stafford strained his hamstring Saturday afternoon.


"I was running a drill and I felt my leg getting tight," said Stafford. "I mainly watched (Sunday). They didn't want me to make it any worse. It feels better now."


Despite the injury, Stafford enjoyed his two days on the Plains.
