Athletic Pendergast getting looks

UDUBNation.com Offensive lineman Garett Pendergast from Servite high in Anaheim, Calif., continues to draw a lot of interest from schools in the Pac-10 and around the country. The 6-foot-4, 270-pound guard is not your typical hefty lineman.
"I'm more athletic than most linemen. I can dunk a basketball," said Pendergast.
His athleticism stands out. After a great Junior Day Camp this past March Pendergast's mailbox started to fill and his phone continues to ring.
"It's a little overwhelming at times with all the phone calls and letters, but so far it's been fun. There are a lot of colleges interested in me," he said.
Some of the interested schools include, Cal, Boise St., USC, Wyoming and Washington. He's received double-digit verbal offers and expects more to come in as the season starts up.
