Wilson talks about his camp experiences
When you are part of a team that features four-star prospects such as Chris Rainey, Leshawn Pouncey, John Brown, Ahmad Black and Jordan Hammond, it's understandably easy to be overlooked, out-shined and fly a bit under the radar despite how talented you are in your own right. The poster boy for that dilemma could very well be Lakeland, Fla., receiver Paul Wilson.
At 6-foot-1, 175-pounds and a 4.5 forty, he has the size, speed, statistics (72 catches for over 1,000 yards), academics (3.5 GPA) and genetics (father played at Georgia) to be considered one of the top prospects in the Sunshine State, but for whatever reason, all of that hasn't yet translated into the type of scholarship offers you might imagine.
Although he is hearing from the likes of Notre Dame, Florida and South Carolina, but they have yet to pull the trigger.
South Florida and West Virginia have extended offers.
