Cooper a future star?

HawgSports.com These days, it is never too early to look ahead to the future, and Shreveport, La., Calvary Baptist wide receiver Khiry Cooper fits the bill as a top-notch prospect for 2008.
Cooper, 6-foot-2, 175 pounds, attended the recent Houston Nutt Camp in Fayetteville, Ark., and he had a solid performance against his fellow campers. On the first day, he sprinted 40-yards in a hand held time of 4.39 seconds, and he abused defensive backs for much of the four-day camp.
"It was great. I mean, it's been kinda crazy," Cooper said. "It was like my first big camp. When I ran that 4.3, that was my fastest time, and I was really just happy."
Cooper has the benefit of playing for a former SEC wideout, so some of the stuff he was taught at the camp was familiar to him.
