In-state standout will visit AU for first time
Mobile (Ala.) Williamson tight end Nick Fairley has never visited Auburn but that will change in a couple of weeks when he attends the Tigers' senior mini-camp on July 15.
Auburn signed defensive end Antonio Coleman out of Williamson in 2005.
"I haven't seen much of Auburn yet," said Fairley. "I've heard they have a good coaching staff and get along really good."
Fairley will be visiting Auburn along with his father, Herbert Rodgers, who played fullback at Alabama State.
"My dad told me to take my time choosing a school and make sure I make the right choice," said Fairley. "He gives me good tips on what to do and how to go through the process."
