The Pitt coaching staff already has a commitment from one Florida tight end in Santaluces' Nick Krupa, but Steve Buches graduates this year and Darrell Strong graduates after next season, so Dave Wannstedt and company are still on the market for more players at the position.

One such target is Fort Myers (Fla.) Riverdale tight end Mat Williams (6'5" 231 pounds). Williams (6-5, 231) has five offers and he spoke to the Pantherlair recently about his recruitment.

His offers include Louisville, Pitt, Duke, Ole Miss and Wake Forest. He is also hearing from Tennessee, South Florida and Auburn.
