With Michigan likely to take three wide receivers in the 2006 recruiting class, the Wolverines have several top prospects with strong interest. One such player is San Diego (Cal.) Mira Mesa star Markques Simas.

At 6-1, 200 pounds and running the forty yard dash in 4.55 seconds, he is a member of the Rivals250, rated as the no. 18 prospect at the position.

Simas has pared his list to Michigan, Colorado, Cal-Berkely, San Diego State and USC.
