Will Dorsey's wait open door to ISU?
Every year, it seems more and more prospects are making their college selections before their senior seasons and the class of 2007 is no exception. There will always be players, however, like Houston (Tex.) Yates defensive tackle Patrick Dorsey who will utilize their senior seasons to earn college scholarships or add to their list of offers.
The 5-foot-11, 263-pound Dorsey has held an offer from Houston for some time and added one from Kansas in June. His goal, however, is to increase his scholarship totals through his play on the field this fall.
"I'm still just waiting to see if there are any more offers and letting the season play out," Dorsey said. "Right now I'm just worried about the season and after the season's over, that's when I will start worrying about the recruiting process."
