Arizona has nice insurance at QB position
All football fans, coaches, and players worry about a situation in which one of the backup quarterbacks is forced to play. It is not necessarily that a team does not have faith in the other guys, but a starting quarterback is a player that is often looked at as being a leader and a guy that can help the team to victory.
Arizona fans and Pac-10 opponents already know the importance that Willie Tuitama has to the Arizona program. Not only does he bring a much better quality of play to the field, but he is also rapidly becoming the face of the Wildcats.
While there are many other important players, Tuitama seems to be the guy that comes up the most when opposing fans and coaches talk about the Wildcats.
Tuitama finished last season with a completion rate of 57 percent and nine touchdowns to five interceptions, but as people that have watched him know, what makes Tuitama special is that he seems to have the intangibles that consistently separate the better quarterbacks from the rest of the pack.
