The Syracuse Orange need quality quarterbacks and the coaching staff added yet another top signal-caller to their 2007 class Friday night.

Brooklyn (N.Y.) South Shore quarterback David Legree committed to the Orange over offers from Duke, Rutgers, Temple and serious interest from Purdue.

"Syracuse was the place, every time I visited I didn't want to leave," said the 6-foot-5, 210-pounder. "I felt really good about the school, the coaches and the quarterback situation."
