Yonkers (N.Y.) Roosevelt running back Doug Hogue concluded his recruitment today by giving a verbal commitment to Syracuse. The 6-foot-3, 210-pounder selected the Orangemen over offers from Maryland, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and Wisconsin.
