Alexis Wangmene has enjoyed an impressive summer in which he maintained his consistent play and continued to built his reputation. The play of the tireless rebounder and defender has resulted in offers from Texas, Virginia, Florida and Wake Forest, among others.

On Tuesday, Wangmene took the first of two unofficial visits in the month of August. The Texas Longhorns were the lucky school that had the first chance to impress the 6-foot-8, 232-pound power forward. And impress they did.
