WVU football offeree Charlton Sinclair is the kind of guy who lights up a room, then lights up an opposing ball carrier. His coach, J.D. Hall, changed his defense this year to showcase him.

Sinclair is a 6-foot, 200-pound free safety for Hall.

With offers from Auburn, N.C. State, North Carolina, South Carolina, Clemson and others in hand, the senior will have decisions to make.
