Former signee still headed to Mizzou?
The Missouri Tigers have already landed one defensive lineman from the College of the Sequioas. But Mizzou will be getting a second lineman from the school, and it is a name Tiger fans will recognize.
Former Tiger signee Jason Townson landed at the California school for his sophomore season. He signed with the Tigers out of Hazelwood East High School and was rated as the No. 16 player in the state of Missouri.
Townson started as a freshman at Butler County (KS) Community College after failing to qualify academically to come to Mizzou. But he transferred to the College of the Sequoias for his sophomore year and is currently working at defensive end.
